With 23 years of banking experience, including the past 15 years at Heritage Bank, Jenny is now a Loan Officer who brings a strong background in customer service and lending support to the team. Much of that experience was spent as a Loan Specialist, where she supported loan closings and assisted customers throughout the lending process. Most recently, she's transitioned into the role of Loan Officer, helping borrowers find lending solutions that fit their needs and goals.
Jenny enjoys helping customers turn their plans into reality, whether that means purchasing a first car, upgrading or replacing a vehicle, or financing cattle and equipment. Her focus is on making the loan process straightforward, easy to understand, and as low-stress as possible from beginning to end.
Her banking career began during her senior year of high school after attending an agricultural conference in Columbia, where a banker encouraged her to explore the profession. Soon after, she started as a teller and has remained in banking ever since.
One of the things she values most about working at Heritage Bank is the strong team culture that is supportive, professional, and customer-focused. Especially enjoys helping customers choose the right loan options and guiding them efficiently through the process.
