In her role, Crystal focuses on supporting employees, overseeing human resources, and evaluating new products and services for customers, particularly on the deposit side of the bank.
Her day-to-day work is centered around collaboration, and she values the variety each day brings as well as the people she works alongside. Crystal began her banking career as a part-time teller while attending college and joined Heritage Bank in 2007 as a full-time teller, growing alongside the organization over the years.
